This exercise (based on a classic “burpee,” but kicked up a notch or two) is great if you’re crunched for time and only have five minutes to spare, because it works the whole body. Get ready to get your heart rate up! You’ll shape the arms, abs, legs, and, in particular, target the fat around the midsection. Do it every day—if you’re up for it, that is.
